You might be wondering why the front page of this website says "Welcome To The Show" – and your next question will probably be "what even is the show?"

In math class, we were always told to show our work. When I talk to my advertising professors, they tell me to show them some cool projects. Captain Falcon from Super Smash Bros. taunts you by saying "Show me ya moves!" Heck, Tom Cruise is about to lose his job in Jerry Maguire until he screams at Rod Tidwell to SHOW ME THE MONEY BABY!

I love making videos, content, and art just for the sake of the artistic process. But I gotta be honest; if I don't show it to somebody once its done then what was the point of making it in the first place? If I can't hear the tree fall in the forest then it might as well have never existed for all the impact it had on my life.

The Daily Doug Show is all about showing up every day. About showing out. It's about having the guts to put yourself in the fire of public scrutiny and showing the world what you're made of. Because where I come from, the only trees that change the world are the ones that make enough noise to get people's attention.
